" Just thought I would let you know how pleased I am wit hthe way things are progressing with the HIP software now that we have had 6 months 'live' use.

Initially my aim was to protect my search business as I didn't want to lose the clients that I had worked so hard to get by them taking their business to HIP providers.  After a fairly slow start in August we have reached 200 HIPs, bringing close to £30,000 extra profit into the business with more than 100 HIP orders since the beginning of this year.  This business would have been lost to our competitors.  The extra effort it takes above just carrying out searches is negligible.

Although we are increasing our turnover, we are saving on printing and paper costs because everything is digital.  It really is an amazingly simple 'add-on' for my business and I am so glad that I decided to get involved with HIPs.

" The HIPS software has been well received by my clients who have found it very easy to use in order to produce packs.  They also see this as crucial for ensuring that they continue to have their share of the Conveyancing market in the HIPs world going forward.

Now that we can view each client's live cases it is much easier to chase up any missing information as we can get an up to date status at any time for each case. This ensures that cases are completed as quickly as possible and with the minimum of effort. The EPCs that the Network have organised for my cases have been completed quickly as well, and have not delayed any of the packs.

I believe that this software is an extremely important element of my business going forward and HIPs will be the main source of search business in the near future.

If we don't understand the software and use it practively with our clients I don't see how any search company will survive in the future (unless you are happy doing £30 searches for other HIP sproviders!).
