Property Code Compliance Board (PCCB)
The new Property Code Compliance Board has introduced twp new codes of practice for the industry - the Search Code for the search industry and the HIP Code for the home information pack providers. From 1 June 2007 all search companies who wish to provide serices to AHIPP pack providers will be expected to be registered under the Search Code.
From 1 January 2007, Property Search Network will be undertaking an exercise to ensure that all their members become registered under the Search Code and are able to fully comply with its standards.
