Drainage Search Report

The drainage report includes your copy of the plan showing the location of Public Foul Sewers, Surface Water and Mains Water services to the property concerned. This service covers the majority of the England & Wales water authorities.

We can provide official CON29DW searches from all Water Authorities in England & Wales Carrying out a drainage and water search is now strongly advised by the Law Society with regards to solicitors’ ‘due diligence’
