Tin Mining Searches

Tin Mining has been a main industry in Cornwall and West Devon. PSN members can carry out a Tin Mining Search to provide an historical picture of the presence of disused workings, in order to identify any potential risk of subsidence.

Chancel Check

Chancel Check searches can be undertaken by PSN members to reveal whether or not the property you are proposing to purchase may be affected by a potential "Chancel Repair" obligation to the local Parish Church.
