About Property Search Network

Property Search Network was founded in 2003 in order to bring together a number of local authority search companies across England and Wales to be able to provide nationwide coverage for our clients. In the intervening years there has been a lot of activity on the legislative and procedural fronts which have only served to increase the benefits of a group of independent companies being able to work together co-operatively in this area.

As well as sharing experience of the industry, through their partner company, Northcott Beaton, PSN have been able to offer their members full Professional Indemnity Insurance at competitive rates to ensure that all member companies maintain the highest standards expected within the industry.

In 2006, Property Search Network expanded the board of directors to include 7Side Ltd, who have brought over 20 years of experience in the search industry plus a range of complementary products and services including company formations.

2007 saw considerable changes in the search industry and the strength of the network of agents operating around the country in the network will ensure that they are ready to face these challenges.

In 2008 PSN's provision of HIP software to member companies has grown and the number of packs produced in 2008 will run to many thousands.
